1. What are the specific accuracy and tolerances of the products?

Our products strictly follow international standards for precision. The radial runout accuracy of tool holders is up to ≤2μm (4×D); collet clamping accuracy is ≤3μm; vise repeat positioning accuracy is ≤0.005mm, parallelism is ≤0.01mm/100mm. All products undergo 100% inspection before leaving the factory to ensure stable precision.

2. What materials and heat treatment processes are used for the products? What is the hardness?

Tool holders/collets are made of 20CrMnTi or H13 high-quality alloy steel, processed by vacuum quenching + cryogenic treatment + precision tempering, with hardness reaching HRC 58-62; vise body is made of 45# steel or ductile iron, jaws are made of Cr12MoV die steel, hardness HRC 58-60, with excellent wear resistance and toughness.

3. Are the products compatible with mainstream standards such as CAT/BT/HSK/ER/PSC? Can they replace products of well-known brands?

Products are fully compatible with international mainstream standards such as CAT/BT/HSK/ER/SK/PSC, dimensions and tolerances strictly comply with DIN/ISO/JIS standards, and can directly replace products of well-known brands such as SCHUNK, BIG, NIKKEN, EROWA with the same specifications without equipment adjustment.

4. What are the dynamic balance grade, maximum speed and applicable working conditions of the products?

The dynamic balance grade of standard products is G2.5 (G1.0 can be customized), the maximum speed can reach 20,000-30,000 RPM (depending on specifications), suitable for high-speed milling, precision drilling, tapping and other working conditions, meeting the high-precision processing needs of automotive molds, aerospace, 3C electronics and other fields.

5. What are the clamping range, applicable tool/workpiece types and specifications of the products?

Collet clamping range is φ0.5mm-φ32mm, suitable for rotating tools such as milling cutters, drills, taps and reamers; tool holders cover a full range of specifications such as BT30/40/50, HSK63/100, CAT40/50; vise clamping range is 50mm-300mm, suitable for precision clamping of various metal/non-metal workpieces.

6. What about the service life, wear resistance and heavy cutting adaptability of the products?

Collet elastic life is ≥1 million times, tool holder life is ≥5 years under normal use, vise jaw wear resistance is more than 3 times that of ordinary products; products have excellent rigidity, can withstand high-strength working conditions such as heavy cutting and interrupted cutting, and are not easy to deform or wear.

7. Do the products have certifications such as ISO, CE, RoHS and REACH? Can testing reports be provided?

The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, products comply with CE safety standards, RoHS and REACH environmental directives; we can provide a full set of technical documents such as material reports, hardness test reports, accuracy test reports, dynamic balance reports, and support third-party testing.

8. Is each batch of products accompanied by accuracy/dynamic balance test data? Can third-party reports be issued?

Each batch of products is accompanied by an ex-factory inspection report, including key data such as accuracy, dynamic balance and hardness; according to customer needs, we can entrust authoritative third-party institutions such as SGS, TÜV to issue inspection reports, and the cost shall be negotiated by both parties or implemented in accordance with industry practices.


9. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of the products? What are the delivery times for standard and customized parts respectively?

MOQ=1 piece for standard parts, supporting sample orders and small-batch trial orders; delivery time for standard parts in stock is 3-7 days, regular orders 15-25 days; customized parts delivery time 25-40 days (adjusted according to customization difficulty), and urgent production is available.

10. Are standard parts in stock? Can urgent orders be expedited? How are expedited fees calculated?
