The thermal expansion tool adopts the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, using a thermal induction device to heat the clamping part of the tool in a short period of time, expand the inner diameter of the tool holder, and then immediately insert the tool into the tool holder. The tool holder cools and contracts, which can give the tool holder a uniform clamping force.
There is no mechanical clamping component between the cutting tool and the tool holder, so it can solve the extremely important problems of balance, jumping accuracy, and clamping strength in high-speed machining.
